      -A Place To Start Your Career if you can't find a position in the BIG 4. -Generally Flexible Regarding Time Off

      Cons

      -Little Opportunity to Learn New Things -Low Compensation for Lower Level Staff Relative to Corporate Companies (less hours/more compensation) -Difficult to Find Work/Life Balance -Lots of Politics/Favoritism -Madantory Indepence Exam eventhough you are not in Accounting
