Flexible work schedule, unlimited PTO (if you can find time to take it), casual work attire when in the office
Cons
Scheduling on audits is made for profits, not employees, and it is apparent here. Management will push those who perform well to their breaking point during busy seasons. During COVID, 401K match has been halted (this is the only firm I know of that has done that and paused bonuses).
