Pros
- Great exposure if you are in bigger engagements/overseas engagements - Managers are technically strong, able to learn - Good software
Cons
- Management/managers are not appreciative of staffs - Lowly remunerated (basic pay and bonus) despite numerous feedback - 2 years bond and computer bond with extremely punitive forfeit if staff break bond - Minimal benefits despite numerous feedback - Short engagement booking and little staffing resulting in heavy workloads - Instances of not promoting staff for 1-3 cycles - Long notice period (2-3 months)
