This company offers more flexibility, benefits, and better pay than you will find at a big four company. The company culture is more laid-back and everyone is friendly. Management is approachable and transparent.
Cons
The company is sometimes understaffed and can improve in recruiting experienced and campus hires. Sometimes the work becomes stagnant and mundane but this is the case with any accounting firm.
