Pros
Work/Life Balance; Fair-pay to start; Flexibility; Good in certain industries; Entrepreneurial (you will need to do EVERYTHING on your own (Take charge of your career, but don't expect too much assistance/guidance along the way)
Cons
Old-school, conservative culture; not much innovation; stuck in 1960's Midwest culture (things move like molasses), industry follower; lack of middle management (either old partners or new 1-2 year recent grads); Good place to start your career, but don't expect to too much support from your team/firm if you are a real go-getter.
