Pros
The biggest pro when it comes to working here is the flexiability of creating our own work schedule. As long as we meet the minimum hours requires and you communicate with your team it doesn't matter when you actually need to work.
Cons
As there is a shortage of CPAs and living in an expensive city, the base salary and lack of bonus is definely a con.
