Volume of clients and complexity of issues. There are more than a few talented managers, directors, and partners whom are well-versed in tax law and technically savvy.
Cons
Crowe has an obscure culture, and is generally "clicky" for lack of a better way of putting it. There are weird power struggles amongst all of the major offices internally and externally.
