      Good working culture and environment, was given a lot of exposure in doing different types of engagements other than statutory audit (ie. special audit, IPO etc)

      Cons

      Benefits not as good as big 4, definitely no work-life balance here as there isn't really any so called "off-peak" period throughout the year
