      -not a lot of mobility to other group if wanted to change roles -low salary increases and raises -care a lot about chargeable hours

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
