Pros
nice new office, the team is young and there are some really decent people working here... unfortunately they are not in management ... we work long hours and hard to make management look good.
Cons
management are awful and have no understanding of business of people , the happily use staff, and I have heard managers talk down on other staff using words like 'retarded' 'plebs' and other derogatory remarks.. when I informed HR they did nothing.
