Decent benefits, work life balance isn’t great but better than big 4

senior leadership and mgmt are extremely disconnected to the work of lower level analysts and consultants. they make no effort to understand the work being done or why projects don’t go according to plan. company culture used to be ok, but bonuses stopped 2 years ago and layoffs happened - pay is no longer competitive and the company still cannot meet their budget goals. sinking ship!
