      Pros

      Basically fully remote that is about the only positives

      Cons

      They have been gearing up for a PE sale and have long since gutted the culture of times past. There is no training or development for new hires, leadership is maliciously non-transparent, and raises/bonuses are a company joke now. You are doing your career a disservice working for Crowe in 2025 and beyond. Go to the Big 4 and suffer, you don't have to suffer in squalor.
