Executive Management--weak and not from the food industry.,,, The facility-- so miss managed. Upper Management over paid and know so little... The staff --so under paid--no benefits.. Hard to do your job---Management trying to run a facility---and don't have a clue<<<<

Free samples. That is pretty much it.

Low pay, Agricultural overtime (which is just 25 cents more then your base pay.)
