      Below Average pay, Lack of Raises, Lack of Advancement, Comical Bonus Structure, Minimal Vacation Time, Additional "work" added with NO compensation, Upper Management make Real Time salaries while the peasants work to make them more money.

      Each day is different, and you get to learn more everyday which makes it exciting.

      Cons

      You do not get the pay you deserve. You will be tasked with 15+ different things in a day and are expected to excel at it all, with little pay.
