      The pay is not great, the company changes its focus and structure every month, expectations are extremely high for an optometrist office, run as a retail store with very high sales expectations rather than a doctor's office trying to help people

      Each day is different, and you get to learn more everyday which makes it exciting.

      Cons

      You do not get the pay you deserve. You will be tasked with 15+ different things in a day and are expected to excel at it all, with little pay.
