For the most part the people are nice, genuine and seem to care about the product.

Cons

Low pay, lack of culture, little to no room for growth or development, exclusive departments, and little to no incentives or perks.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with Crownpeak. We strive to offer competitive pay for each market we're in. It's disappointing to hear that you believe we offer "little to no incentives or perks" as depending on your location we have significant offerings from weekly in-office happy hours, an onsite gym, free bus pass, and snacks. While it can be difficult to create growth or development opportunities in organizations our size, we are working to diversify our learning resources as we have recently done with the introduction of our mentorship program and tuition assistance program. And though building a strong company culture is easier said than done, Crownpeak is committed to furthering our organizational cohesion and creating the best possible work environment for our employees. I appreciate your comments about focusing on the people "and the rest will follow" and I hope you give us the opportunity to demonstrate this alignment.
