      Pros

      They use some latest technology platforms to work upon, but that's just a hype nothing concrete you will learn with them. They are also good in office politics & i strongly recommend this company to those who want desirable salary package and less work ( yes less work !).

      Cons

      No learning experience, no growth, you just get fooled by their owner's IIT tag & salary.... ....there are many cons ! but at least they give you handsome salary so ignore whatever they do ( joking ) !!

      Pros

      Salary was always on time.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement, including monitoring your personal devices and communications on a daily basis to check whether you've messaged clients or not. Too much pressure to meet targets, and employees are questioned even when taking legitimate sick leave, which is often dismissed as “drama.” Lot of interference from CEO Bharat, a typical "Lala Company"

      Good to learn, beginner friendly, small scale tight knight, every year comp revaluations, nice work life balance

      No as such cons, as far as I remember
