      Pros

      The company has excellent growth potential. People are supportive and get guidance to learn and develop further in their roles and skills. Supportive colleagues and people on all levels are pretty approachable.

      Cons

      None, unless you are not interested in working with start-ups. If you are open and willing, there is so much to learn and grow.

      Pros

      Salary was always on time.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement, including monitoring your personal devices and communications on a daily basis to check whether you've messaged clients or not. Too much pressure to meet targets, and employees are questioned even when taking legitimate sick leave, which is often dismissed as “drama.” Lot of interference from CEO Bharat, a typical "Lala Company"
