Pros
Health benefits, PTO and free parking
Cons
This company has an extremely high turn over rate, no one stays here for longer than 6 months. Mainly due to extreme micromanaging, gossip, favoritism and being asked to do things outside of your job description multiple times. No matter what job you get; Property manager, Assistant property manager, Leasing Agent, and Occupancy specialist. You will always end up doing a job that’s not in your description. You will be forced to cover the front desk and cover everyone’s breaks. They will not train you for the front desk at all, asking for help brings you more trouble. This is an open office concept, you are not allowed to close doors. Only the higher ups such as HR and accounting members are allowed to close their door. Dress code is ridiculous, HR says you can’t wear something while they are wearing the same exact thing as you. Nothing is fair and equal here. There is no work life balance, if you have a family or even a life outside of work this won’t be the job for you. It’s expected of you to stay 3 hours past closing. Social security numbers and other private documents are just laying around for any of the tenants to come take home. Mental health is not a priority here, 4 employees have quit the same position in 1 month. And each one was a replacement for the last person. Management knows the person who is treating these employees like trash and still won’t address them. The owners son does no work all day and is always out of the office. Everyone under him does everything and since they do most of the work they feel they are entitled to treat the other employees like trash. And he does nothing to stop it.
