8yThank you for your review. I am sorry to read this and how you're feeling. You don't say which part of the business you work in so it's hard for me to respond specifically.
As you will know from our monthly company updates, we're a dynamic and ambitious business. We're investing in marketing and technology which is aiding the business growth.
You'll also know we've also recently recognised a bunch of folks for "Exceeding Expectations" on customer calls and have introduced our "Wow Factor" awards too.
Standards, targets and behaviours are an important part of what we look for and reward, though but we want everybody to feel appreciated. I'd encourage you to share your feelings with your team leader in your next 121. Alternatively, speak with your Engagement representative who can help raise your specific concerns on your behalf. Perhaps we could also have a coffee and an informal chat about this offline so I can understand a little more?
