Pros
•Co-workers are nice •Management is kind and understanding •You work at your own pace most of time. You leave when you're finished with your list of rooms.
Cons
•Its a very physical job • Low paying job for how much work it is. Raises dont happen very often • Higher up management dont care about the employees • Hours aren't consistent. Sometimes you're getting a full 40 hours a week. Other times, you're barely getting 20 hours a week. I think its due to overstaffing.
