ESOP definitely is no joke (they just preach it too much)... great place if you just want a job with solid pay and solid retirement. Just keep an eye on inflation rates and make sure you're not losing purchase power each year...

C-suite needs to listen better, SOPs need properly established, company needs to understand their beloved software they have is not the grand thing they think it is, raises need to actually match cost of living needs each year... the list goes on and on. Plain and simple... NOT a good place for people that want to push the envelope and grow and change with this ever changing world.
