      Some staff. One hour lunches if they don't complain about you taking them.

      Cons

      Poor upper management communication, unsafe work practices, virtually impossible to move up, sexist and discriminatory. Lack of steady work, encourages you to completely avoid overhead in an unfavorable way by tucking OH hours into projects.

      Heavily incentivized to work for 30+ years, will generate a healthy retirement portfolio

      Cons

      Poor management, little to no ability to advance in your career. yearly reviews get skipped and dropped. Pay increases are capped laughably low. Only 2 weeks PTO, no paid maternity leave, health insurance is disgustingly bad.
