The team here is awesome. Everybody is all hands on deck and goes out of their way to be helpful on things even if it’s not in their job description. Company is always thinking of the next big thing and where we should be going rather than dwelling on the past (whether the past was good or bad). Super dynamic and feels exciting like a startup but with a seasoned set of products and employees.

There’s always a lot of work to be had here, which is less so a con of working here as it is an opportunity.

I learned a lot of valuable skills and enjoyed being part of something that helped people in the medical and veterinary industries.

The Vice-President had poor communication styles, which resulted in barging into someone's office and belittling them until they did what he wanted. Other management was aware of the situation and did nothing except assure employees it would get better.
