the CEO has a nice vision.
Cons
The salary package that they offer is below average. There exist exploitation of employees. They surely force employees to stay in the office premises over an above their working hours. The managerial staff is very demeaning. The company never stays consistent with the written and agreed upon terms. The retention rate is high, frequent terminations without any prior notice. The F&F procedure is not good, they deduct every penny from your remaining account with the company.
