However, no extra compensation is provided for weekend or overtime work. This kind of work culture reflects poor management practices. The startup was founded 6–7 years ago, yet it has still not grown properly. One major reason seems to be the lack of budget to hire experienced professionals. Instead, the company relies heavily on freshers, expecting them to perform at a professional level while paying a very low salary (around ₹10,000). Overall, the expectations placed on freshers are unrealistic, and the compensation and work-life balance are not justified.
