      Pros

      The positions are very dynamic because there are few employees. It's a small company, so employees have to know how to do a little bit of everything, which makes it the perfect platform for learning.

      Cons

      It can be a little overwhelming at first, but the leader does an excellent job of breaking employees in and helping them ease into the role.
