Pros

Cons

I had a disappointing experience working at this organization. One of the biggest issues is the lack of proper work allocation. Many employees often do not have meaningful work assigned, yet the management constantly expects people to “take initiative” without providing clear direction, structure, or defined responsibilities. Leadership style is another major concern. The CEO of the India office operates in a very authoritarian manner, creating an environment where decisions are centralized and employees feel hesitant to express opinions or ideas. This top-down approach discourages collaboration and transparency within the organization. The HR function also appears to lack independence. Rather than addressing employee concerns or taking ownership of HR responsibilities, the HR leadership seems heavily dependent on the CEO for decisions. This makes it difficult for employees to rely on HR as a neutral or supportive function. Additionally, there is no proper delegation of work or clear accountability across teams. Roles and responsibilities are often ambiguous, which leads to confusion, inefficiency, and frustration among employees.
