It’s a job if you have nothing else.

The owner is a micro-managing, control freak who constantly shows up on jobs, takes over tasks that he messes up and then leaves for the crew to fix. When something doesn’t go right, expect him to be on site screaming, cussing and calling the crew a litany of derogatory and homophobic slurs. The entire company is very much a series of clicks and if you aren’t one of them, expect to be last on the list for anything and first on the list for them to throw under the bus. Everyone complains and talks bad about the owner, foremen, and each other. Incredibly toxic work environment in a field known for toxic work environments.
