      Pros

      - Friendly team with lots of knowledge who want to help you learn new skills - You will get to work closely with supervisors and leads, hierarchy is respected but you have opportunity to explore tasks outside of your role - Amazing location, close to Byron Bay. Lifestyle is valued and it's a good one! - You can bring your dog to work! - Concentrated on being an environmentally friendly work place

      Cons

      - The only con I would say at the moment is that the business is growing and it is still finding its feet in some regards, but this will be resolved once a flow is established

      Pros

      * The company has a culture of work life balance. * The company is open to the HR department to provide support to employees and employer (creating, implementing  and following projects) * The company is located in excellent and strategic place, which is favourable to employees who likes nature and city trips (at northern rivers, in NSW but near QLD), * The work environment is safe, the equipments has quality and ergonomics safety, and is surrounded by beautiful river views and magnificent sunsets. * The people! The people who work for Cumulus VFX, constitute very easy-going talented professionals, we have weekly meetings and everyone seems to enjoy working with each other.

      Cons

      * For the fact that the company is still growing, still in the process of putting departments in place to provide the best development.
