Pros

I honestly can't think of anything remotely good about working here.

Cons

Dysfunctional management team that doesn't really know what they're doing. Company is extremely bureaucratic. This place is full of office politics and ego. What clients want, clients get, often at the expense of the staff. Staff are forced to work late hours, due to the management's incompetence in managing clients. Process doesn't exist here and projects are run like a free-for-all. Although they sell themselves as an "integrated agency", departments work in silos, do not communicate, and can't execute a proper integrated campaign if their lives depended on it. This is not an innovative agency at all, and nothing interesting or original comes out of here. The agency's digital capabilities are sad at best. The digital department is run by a bunch of software developers with no strategic or creative understanding whatsoever, their execution of the creative provided to them is usually sloppy and broken. There is no career path laid out for you here and very little recognition given even if you do great work. There is no mentorship here, very little opportunities to learn and for growth and advancement. Don't hold your breath about getting a raise here, you likely won't get a proper one even if you stayed 10 years. The company can't manage finances well and often would struggle to make ends meet. The company withholds paying its freelancers until the client pays them because they can't properly manage their cash flow. It's surprising that this company is still in existence. My soul shrivelled and died when I worked here. The best thing I did for myself was to get the hell out. Take to heart the feedback in the reviews left here. They don't lie! Consider yourself warned!!

Pros

1. The company’s hybrid work model is a significant advantage. 2. Great health benefits. 3. Organized. 4. Supportive management 5. Opportunity for growth is high.

Cons

There’s nothing negative I can say about this place. However, one piece of advice is to modernize and align with current trends by hiring new talent. Fresh professionals can introduce contemporary ideas, technologies, and practices, revitalizing the company culture and ensuring it remains competitive and relevant in today’s fast-paced market. At the same time, I appreciate that there are long-term employees (“lifers”) it shows loyalty and employee satisfaction.
