Pros
Trauma bonding with coworkers makes for a good friendship foundation.
Cons
There is no clear direction or process. Waste a lot of time on internal meetings. Constantly overpromise to customers and underdeliver products, reputation is getting ahead of us. Boss fires people all the time and the former employee's tasks get distributed to the remaining team members but the former employee's salary magically disappears.
