Pros

Awesome office location right in Downtown Boston, equidistant to Park Street and Downtown Crossing T stops, facing Boston Common and the State House. Catered lunch every Friday. Weekly Peapod deliveries. Cocktail hour every Friday. Relaxing and fun office environment. Promote from within. Big on transparency. Approachable management. Collaborative work environment. Clear company vision. Great work-life balance. Consistent company-wide events inside and outside of the office. Generous vacation time policy. Fast-growing and always improving. Management takes employee feedback very seriously.

Cons

No 401k match. No life insurance.

Pros

Curata is smart, hard-working, solid people that care about each other and the customers. It's still small enough that everyone can have a big impact. You will grow as there’s always something to learn. Work/life balance is excellent due to the culture of responsibility and capable people. The CEO is very hands on, believes in transparency and doing things right. There’s catered lunches on Fridays with fun presentations, quarterly company outings, weekly company meetings, pinball tournaments, and an awesome view over the common.

Cons

Personally, I had a long commute. Might never have left otherwise. Also, we were starting to outgrow our space.

Pros

Curata is shaping up to be one of the most satisfying jobs of my career. The company culture includes frequent and honest feedback. This creates a challenging (in a positive way) environment where everyone is constantly improving. It also creates a level of accountability I have rarely seen. I am constantly challenged and pushed to do better. At the same time, the "work/life balance" is great. We have no unrealistic deadlines, death marches, or workaholics.

Cons

We need to improve our employee diversity and our benefits don't compete well with what larger companies can offer.
