Pros

The staff is cool, I really enjoyed working with them. The money is steady through our winter. Sort of laid back/casual…and the money is good Good food, 30% discount

Cons

The hours are long. They feed us family meal from 2:30-3, then it’s go time from 4-12. A lot of running around and up and down stairs (isn’t horrible) snd the tip pool is the main problem. Happy to tip share but I feel so when I see my sales and have made $450+ in a night. I’ll see about $150/$175 if that.

Pros

High quality Ingredients. Nice co-workers. Nice equipment and ambiance of work-environment. The rest of this is to fulfill the 20 word minimum. There really isn't anything else positive to say.

Cons

Incredibly low pay for the average ticket price. They really don't care how much experience you have because they see it as a "privilege" to work there. Completely inept management. Staff meal usually consists of some form of hot-dog i.e. "Hot Dog Casserole" I was treated with more respect and paid better when I worked for a TGI-Fridays. You will likely be asked to work 14-15 hour shifts with only one 30-minute break. You will have "scheduled" bathroom breaks. Basically, they break every law they think they can get away with.
