      Pros

      Comp is good until you decide it's time to leave, that's when you realize the money isn't worth it.

      Cons

      Completely lacking in a sense of workplace psychological safety. Mental health days and perks don't fix a toxic culture.

      Pros

      Great pay and some of the best benefits of any place I've worked. Leadership is experienced, passionate, and hard-working.

      Cons

      The company is back to being a true startup — under 10 employees. I'm confident in the new business model but, like any startup, there is non-zero % chance of failure.

      He job was fully remote.

      Cons

      Horrible management from the top down. No accountability or experience required. Ruined the company.
