      Bad deadlines, no room for growth, they will lay off people right when work is no longer coming in, and they will put more work on others. The model they see is also not the best

      Pros

      Great pay and some of the best benefits of any place I've worked. Leadership is experienced, passionate, and hard-working.

      Cons

      The company is back to being a true startup — under 10 employees. I'm confident in the new business model but, like any startup, there is non-zero % chance of failure.

      He job was fully remote.

      Horrible management from the top down. No accountability or experience required. Ruined the company.
