      Good starting salary, great team, strong fundamentals and support. CD is a brand on the rise and they entrust employees with serving the company’s best interest

      Cons

      Some of the tasks are not managed efficiently, there are no leads provided and potential clientele is relatively small as they have to meet a very strict criteria for eligibility

      Close knit team, Fun environment, Culture of success, No micro management but plenty of management interaction Future career opportunities are obvious, 21 days of paid vacation, Good compensation package including a Gym membership,

      Industry regulations sometimes mean opportunities are lost in some areas.

      Some flexibility to travel in certain positions. Also able to better serve customers with transparency. Open to creative ideas. Great team training.

      Cons

      Not forgiving if someone in a sales role has a bad month. Not good for someone without international, sales, or economic experience.
