Pros
If you're looking for a part-time sales or a great landing spot out of college, this could be the perfect fit for you. It's an excellent environment to enhance your knowledge of brands, fabrics, and the luxury goods market. You'll have a blast with the merchandise and the employee discount if you're passionate about thrifting, shopping, and clothes. Personally, I've had a great experience working alongside almost every sales associate and store manager during my time with the company.
Cons
IDK, I wrapped up my time with them in December and I wanted to share my experience (compared to others on this board).
First off, the team (co-workers) were great. From day one, I was surrounded by passionate, driven individuals who were always pushing each other to be their best selves.
As for management, they were seriously hands-on, always there to offer support and guidance. It felt like having a personal coach. Plus, they were tech-savvy, utilizing all the latest tools to keep everyone connected and in the loop.
Training? I was taught everything I needed to succeed and told where to find the answers if I needed more help.
I believe pay was standard with the industry but what really stood out were the opportunities for growth and development. They encouraged us to step outside our comfort zones, take on new challenges, and reach for more responsibility.
Sure, there were some challenges along the way, but what job doesn't have them?
In the end, it was tough to say goodbye, but I'll always cherish the memories and friendships I made along the way.
