Quick interview process - results were shared almost immediately

The business is meant to be fast-paced but it only applies to product development and launch not with regard to employee decisions, career progressions, personal requests or development. The business and teams are extremely cliquey and do not have consideration for personal circumstances, health or family. The location is very inaccessible and public transport users are not given any concession, forced to use the terrible shuttle service provided by the business. It is advertised as subsidised but costs the same as a return train ticket to the nearest train station. Senior management pick favourites and it's obvious how some people are favoured over others. This impacts career progression, delivering KPIs and being proactive professionally isn't sufficient, you need to be socially active and extroverted or is considered a negative attitude. Minimal to no benefits. Company policies are not blanket rules for all employees, some people get advantages over others. This can lead to feeling unequal.

WFH Wednesdays Friendly staff Office location is easy to get to everyday and is surrounded by lots of food places and 10 mins from Stockport town centre. Catering for different cultures is good and office is diverse. We do something in the office for event days, i.e pancake day, valentines, Easter.

Processes seem overly complicated for the volume dealt with each day and could be easier to deal with enquiries quicker. Communication to customer service is not the best due to being in a separate office to main business as CS is same building as Warehouse.
