Pros

Lots of training and experienced people to learn from

Cons

The salaries are very bad, the company does not see or value skills and potential on young employees. It is a great company with great benefits but not much room to grow for youngsters. The managers are hardly ever in the office and have no idea of what really goes on on a daily basis.

Pros

Great coworkers, great location, amazing projects and varied work scope.

Cons

Lower than average pay, constant new ownership shuffle shutting down projects in the pipeline and freezing advancement opportunities, company culture decline under the succession of new ownership changes, lots of legacy processes and systems that encumber meaningful advancement and innovation.
