Not a great place to work - Production Operative Curver Employee Review

People are really nice and it has a family ambiance. Colleagues are supportive to each other. Large range of job missions which give you a good understanding of different aspects in consumer goods business

Work environment is not dynamic as the average age of employees might be 40-45 yo. There is neither training programme , nor personnel development scheme. There is no incentives and no clear salary raise structure. Company is not yet having its digital transformation. Very limited tools for analysis and reports.
