Pros
Strong work ethic; concern for employees; loyalty; allow employees to grow within the company. I had worked at Custom Data Solutions for over 9 years before I retired and moved to another state. I worked at a number of different positions over those years and was able to because of the company's ability to allow me to learn so much about how the business operated and put me in positions that I wasn't sure I could do. And, they care so much about making sure that employees were "taken care of". Not only in their positions at the company, but they researched and provided the best benefits that they could. They expected a lot of their employess, but they appreciated all of the hard work you put in.
Cons
Their high expectations of employees could cause some stressful work days; but the intention was always to get the best work from the employees so they could produce the best product for their clients.
