At Custom Fleet, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace for all employees. From our 2024 Employee Engagement survey, 93.1% of our people agree that 'discrimination and harassment are not tolerated at this company', and 83.1% agree 'I can report unethical practices without fear of reprisal'.
What you’ve described does not align with the sentiment of our people and the values we strive to uphold. We take allegations of harassment and toxic workplace behaviour very seriously and actively work to improve our internal processes, including how we handle behavioural concerns, support new team members, and ensure everyone is held to the same standards of conduct.
