7yFirst of all, I apologize for our delayed response. Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughtful feedback. We agree...the orientation process needed a revamp, and since your review we have taken serious efforts to do so. From hiring a dedicated Educator to partnering new clinicians with Preceptors in the field, we are taking strides to improve this critical piece of Custom. Of course, the orienation process lays the groundwork for how our clinicians will grow and our patients will be cared for so it is our #1 priority! And yes, we do take our Top Workplace title ever so seriously! We do all we can to ensure we live out that title every single day...year after year!
