Needs improvement - Anonymous employee Custom Protective Services Employee Review

I have worked at CPS for the last 2 years. I have had always had a consistent schedule and my account manager is very understanding. I initially started working at CPS part-time and was then given an opportunity to work full-time. I really appreciated this, as it is rare to find a company that values career development. CPS are also assisting me in attaining my fireguard license. I am always paid weekly and on time and the payroll and HR department are very helpful in assisting me with any queries I have.
