      don't expect on design for mechanical openings will be based on application engineer u may expect mechanical profile but they deal with electronics check and step in. people expect based on development u may have little bit chance.

      Hands-on embedded firmware development with real industrial and motion control projects. Good exposure to microcontroller programming, hardware debugging, and system-level integration.

      Cons

      Limited structured training and documentation. Workload can be high at times, and project planning could be improved for better timelines.

      Pros

      Very good place to start career as most products/solutions are built in-house. Good exposure to all aspects of engineering.. Right from design stage to product realization. Not much of hierarchy. Quick decisions are taken. Highly inspiring MD.

      Cons

      Sometimes expectations become too much. Not a place to work if main intention is salary.
