      Good hourly wage. Variety of duties keeps it interesting. Flexible schedule. Major holidays off. Fun. Solid company with locations all over the world. Advancement from within is possible for ambitious young people. Great retirement job.

      Cons

      Very busy around all holidays. Can be stressful. Usually need to work at the edge of full-time with NO BENEFITS.

      There isn't many pros. My local team had good people in most positions.

      Cons

      Corporate is out of touch with the local reality. They dont care about the emplyees. Pay for hourly workers is low. Demand for same employees is very high.
