Pros
They have a great mission and you feel good about the work you're doing. There is creative freedom to do your job and you are free to interpret your responsibilities to some extent, as opposed to being told exactly how to do a particular thing. Travel opportunities are cool as well, if that's part of your role.
Cons
The quality of heritage sites being documented seem to be going down. It seems CyArk is taking them just to pay the bills, which is important. But it would be nice to have more world class sites come through every once in a while.
