Pros
The company is branching in to the US and pushing hard to shift the culture towards a US focus. The CEO is very driven to make these pivots and therefore, there's support coming from Paris for these things. Each employee has a ton of opportunity for growth and making our own marks on how operations are built out. If you like the early stage start-up feel, this is a great place for you. Roll-up your sleeves and prepare for good, hard work and lot's of fun!
Cons
As with other early start-ups, that means we have challenges. If you're not up for those, this isn't a good fit for you. No place to hide or coast, we're in it to win it.
