      Pros

      Not much to say other than the job was fully remote which was great.

      Cons

      They always want you to work, 24/7, they're not transparent about the holidays, they expect you to give out all you have for a very very low salary. People were getting fired on calls in front of everybody, without prior notice.

      The testing environment was already in good shape when I joined. I could focus on improving rather than fixing basics.
